ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Phillips 66® Aviation is proud to honor Cutter Aviation for 90 years of providing sterling service to the aviation industry. Cutter Aviation is the oldest family-owned and operated fixed base operator (FBO) in America, and is also the oldest Phillips 66 Aviation branded FBO in the network of 800-plus.
Cutter Aviation was founded by William P. Cutter in 1928 in Albuquerque. The business was built on three key principles – tradition, respect and integrity – which remain the backbone of the company. The company has a rich history and has contributed to many of the milestones of the aviation industry.
“Congratulations to the Cutter family and the entire team at Cutter Aviation,” said Eric McMurphy, Director of Sales, General Aviation, U.S. “We’re proud they’ve chosen Phillips 66 as their partner and look forward to many more years of leading the aviation industry together.”
The Cutter Aviation network includes five Phillips 66 branded FBO facilities located at Albuquerque International Sunport, City of Colorado Springs Airport, Phoenix Deer Valley Airport, El Paso International Airport and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. These locations provide arrival and departure facilities for private and business aviation travelers.
Additionally, Cutter Aviation operates aircraft maintenance and sales facilities in Addison and San Antonio, Texas, and an aircraft sales office in Carlsbad, California.
The business has been a Phillips 66® branded FBO for 80 years.
